Vegetable Pot Pie / Tourte Aux Légumes


You can make this recipe using any vegetables you want. I've written down the ones I used below, plus two options for making this with either pie dough or a biscuit topping.

Ingredients 
Onions
Garlic
Potatoes
Corn
Peas
Carrots
Celery
Green beans
Mushrooms
Vegetable broth
Four or corn starch for a thickener (use about 2 tbsp flour per cup of broth)
Pie dough or biscuit dough

Directions
1) Pre-cook the vegetables.
2) Add in the broth and enough thickener to get the consistency of pie filling you want.

To Make With Pie Dough:
3a) Make a lining of pie dough in your chosen container.
4a) Pour in your filling.
5a) Put pie dough on top and crimp the edges.
6a) Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-30 minutes (until the top is browned).

To Make With Biscuits:
3b) Pour your filling into the chosen pan you're going to bake it in.
4b) Place your uncooked biscuits on top of the filling.
5b) Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-30 minutes (until the biscuits are cooked).
