General Tso's Cauliflower / Le Chou-fleur de Général Tso

Some people batter and fry the cauliflower. I tend to dislike fried food so I just steam or roast it.

Ingredients
Cauliflower, cut into florets
Oil (sesame oil is ideal but any kind will do)
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch knob of ginger, peeled and grated
About half a cup of rice wine or vegetable broth
About 1/2 cup of soy sauce
About 1/4 cup of rice vinegar
A couple tbsp of sugar cornstarch (enough to thicken the sauce)
Red chili flakes, optional
Honey, optional
Sesame seeds

Directions
1) Cook the cauliflower, either by steaming it or roasting it in the oven at 375 degrees F.
2) Cook the ginger and garlic in the oil.
3) Add the other ingredients, stir them to combine them, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
4) Pour the sauce over your steamed cauliflower, sprinkle on some sesame seeds, and chow down.
