Buffalo Cauliflower / Chou-fleur à la Sauce Buffalo


Ingredients 
Cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
2/3 cup Buffalo sauce 
Blue cheese

Directions
1) Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2) Mix the flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3) Toss the cauliflower florets in the flour mixture to coat them.
4) Put the cauliflower florets on a cookie sheet and bake them for about 15 minutes, flipping them over halfway through the cooking time.
5) Pour the buffalo sauce into a bowl and toss the cauliflower florets in it so they're coated.
6) Put the cauliflower florets back on the cookie sheet and bake them for about 25-30 minutes, flipping them over halfway through the cooking time.
7) Enjoy! I like mine dipped in blue cheese.
