Fettuccine Alfredo


Back in high school, my high school girlfriend Krissy and I used to make this for dinner all the time.

Ingredients 
3 ounces butter
1 1/2 cup parmesan
1 1/4 cup cream
Chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fettuccine, cooked

Directions
1) Melt the butter in a pan over low heat.
2) Add the parmesan and cream and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
3) Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
4) Add the parsley, salt and pepper and stir until they're mixed in.
5) Mix the sauce into your pasta.

You can garnish this with chopped herbs or springs of fresh herbs.
