Snacks / Quatre-Heures





Usually, a four o-clock snack is something we think of as for children, but it's really helpful for adults too! I pack my snacks to take with me for the day and the big thing they all have in common is protein. For me, if it doesn't have protein in it then it's not going to keep me full. Here are some examples:

granola bars
energy bites
trail mix
cottage cheese with red grapes
crackers and cheese
apples and nut butter
hummus and vegetables
yogurt with fruit
graham crackers and nut butter
roasted spiced chickpeas
toast with cheese or nut butter
bean dip and vegetables
pickled eggs
protein bars
pudding with chia seeds
pumpkin seeds
