Beet Pasta with Brussels Sprouts



Ingredients
beet pasta
brussels sprouts
onions
garlic

Directions
1. Roast the garlic.
2. Caramelize the onions.
3. Saute the beets.
4. Cook the pasta.
5. Toss everything together and enjoy. I ate mine with a little parmesan.
